Feb and March have been good. Almost commuted every work day. I use Cadence App on iPhone and have been seeing the power output trends (I got the sram rival power meter).
I've definitely gotten faster what was once a 11-15min commute has gotten down to times of less than 10min! 1.8miles each way. These freaking seattle hills man... Im still surprised at how hilly this city is.
at least i can get 30+mph on the downhills and get that HIIT workout on the uphills.
