Not gonna redish/respace the hub, because before i go and do such things i'd rather find me an old 7sp 126 mm hub and build a wheel or (and that might hurt me) go the 130mm route and open up even more possibilties.

Good option to stay period correct would be Suntour. Especially Suntour Perfect and Pro-Compe (New Winner requires special tool to crack open for overhauling). Though these won't be Hyperglide, of course, but personally can't complain about shifting on any of these freewheels I used. Yeah, not as quick as a casette with indexed shifters, but quite precise with derailleurs I used them with so far (Cyclone, Vx 7 Huret Success TItane). They are more or less the same level of technological advancement as Uniglide.
And, as icemilkcoffee mentioned above, Sunrace freewheels are easily available (and all silver) in many configurations. I have no experience with these, but might be worth trying.
