They already did very clearly in the OP. SE Chicago NW Indiana is just one big city. Has been forever. [MENTION=564327]mara777[/MENTION] a good general rule of thumb is to call around or check websites of bike shops around you and start with the ones that have been in business the longest and just start there. All the other suggestions made here re pricing are also good. There's a few shops down in Indy that have been in business all my life 67 years so far
