Rice and beans are also quite good, you season everything right and life is good.
I couldn't do the no parts bin thing but I get it, van life is awesome but offers little space for a parts bin.

Thanks! Yeah I think about it sometimes like, this part works just fine, but what I really want is this other one that does the exact same thing... But idk, why not. The simple answer would be I'm just a bit of a perfectionist. I've spent so much on different backpacking gear just to save a few ounces. I really need a sewing machine hahah
