I know someone is going to give me the obligatory "flip it" comment. I just had the bike fitted today; the stem stays at +16 deg.
Note the amount of exposed seat post. Even with the extreme rise on the stem I still have 8cm of saddle-bar drop. I'd get a larger frame but Specialized doesn't make one.
