the more one looks at the cycle the more it appears original owner must have purchased frame bare and built it up on their own

since pillar size tells us frame constructed of DB tubing one would think
if cycle assembled by frame maker or cycle shop they would have employed at least the next model up with a spider and replaceable chainwheels such as the C34:
