Well, technically it wasn't a repair, more like preventative maintenance.
It's a well known fact that the time it takes to replace a tube grows exponentially with the number of observers.
I don't know if we conclusively proved that theory, but we obtained enough first-hand research results to qualify getting a paper on the subject published in any reputable peer-reviewed cycling journal.
