Maybe it's the trippel talking, but I think I have the bike for this.

1995 Trek 5200, 27.2mm seatpost size.

The approximate centers of my tabs are 22mm and threaded for an M5 fine thread bolt. Could you confirm the spacing for the upper support is ~22mm?
