How fast can you sprint?
Today i did my first interval work at 95%-100% effort and was hitting about 29.5 mph on my faster ones. I did have a decent cross wind of maybe 10mph to deal with but i felt kinda weak i wasn't able to crack 30. i look forward to going faster after a few more workouts.
assuming flat road and little to no wind, what kinda speeds are you hitting on your sprints in training?
