Like ISO and JIS, English, French, Swiss and Italian, its all about standards. The bike world had really good standards and what's more, lots of them. Why would brake caliper cable adjusts be any different?
Seriously - I'd bring the caliper to a coop with a good parts inventory and look through the boxes and try on the adjusts. (Check both the fit in the bake and the threads, Pick up the O-ring nut also if different, even it the O-ring is trashed.)
