ETA - I just realigned and spread a vintage steel frame from 126 to 130mm using Sheldon Brown's String Method and threaded rods. I humbly recommend looking up his articles before purchasing specialized tools.
Thanks very much. Having looked at the frame size again, I'm now hoping I might not need to alter the rear triangle at all. Fingers crossed that's one less griefy job then!

I'm starting the build tomorrow, so will hopefully have it done in a few days and then have the video edited in a couple of weeks.
