I have one on my errand bike. So simple yet so effective.
One could easily make one if they had time and some tools, a mill would make this far easier than hand files. I suppose one could try the current trend and 3D print one. IIRC the Brooks double rails are slightly thinner that the usual seat rails are.
I have ordered from SJS before (I run Shiftmates) and was pleased with their turnaround. Good for them to take this neat adaptor on and continue making it available. Andy
