It's a '75 Raleigh Professional Mk.IV., Bob - have had it for a while and trying to get rid of it - though I'm starting to re-think keeping the components and wheelset.

I do plan to strip and repaint the racks, but the ONE painter I found locally stopped taking on jobs about a year ago. I don't want to have anything sprayed on them other than epoxy-based 2K paint so it lasts. I also don't have a media blaster either.
