The Superbee looks great I wouldn't be surprised that you could oil the rear hub and pump up the tires and ride close to as is. Yet it should be fully serviced and is worth the cost effort very nice bike only real issue I see is the missing key for the fork which isn't a big deal if the fork is unlocked.
