I would just take it to the LBS, but my mechanic had surgery and they are short a man and slammed. They bent over backwards to get the bars, new cables and tape installed, and I accidentally rushed them, so the FD rubbing is my fault. I don’t want to bother them with it, besides I should be able to figure this out. I push buttons for a living.
You should indeed be able to figure this out. If you get in close enough, you can see the stop and thus know which adjuster you're looking at
