The 105 ones should work. I wouldn't put the KCNC ones on as I believe those are aluminum so will be noisier with little benefit and the Elvis pulleys are not ones I have seen or heard of so those a huge don't buy. My favorite pulley wheels were Tacx but they stopped making them so I would just stick with the Shimano ones, If you are super desperate the other Shimano ones you listed may fit but your Sora is probably 8-9 speed where as the other ones will be for 11 speed and probably would work for 10 as well.
