45km today at a strong pace. When the weather allows I head out to the cycling course at Yoyogi Park in Tokyo. The course is mostly flat and winding, with a small descent followed by a small climb. I like to hit the course early as later in the day it gets a little busy with tourists and kids on the park’s rental bikes.

Today was Sunday, so the park was especially busy. Large groups of runners, a class teaching adults how to ride a bicycle, classes for music, dancing, frisbee, yoga, dog training, and so on. A lot of people wander onto the cycling course, so there is a little dodge’em from time to time.

I hope to get in another 200km next werk.
