Chain Reaction and Wiggle both currently have the Pipistrello for $75.
I have put a few hundred gravel miles on Challenge Strada Bianca tires at 30mm wide and on Challenge Paris (or Parigi) Roubaix tires at 26mm, but all the ones I've used suffer to some extent the tread separation for which these tires have become infamous. So far this has not resulted in tire failure but it certainly doesn't inspire confidence.
I also have used the Veloflex Vlaanderen's at 27mm, primarily on pavement and give them high marks but Veloflex has discontinued them and I have not yet tried their replacement, the Pro Tour at 28mm.
