Fiberglass forms the cargo platform mounted to the head tube.
The battery box is also fiberglass.
The sissy bar (for the lowrider seat) is an Easton carbon fiber hockey stick, all four ends fishmouthed and seized to the other ends of the triangle with epoxy impregnated fiberglass strips.
The bike is being converted to Lowrider at this time
