Okay, I’ve had some time to go over the frame. From what I can tell the top tube is okay. Please let me know if anyone sees it differently but I can’t see a problem on this part of the frame.

As for the down tube, when I get the shift levers out of the way, and they are placed too high on the frame, my fingers can detect a very slight bulge. I still can’t see much here but my fingers can detect what my eyes cannot. No doubt about it there is some damage here. I’ll attempt to pull it out but I don’t think it will alter the geometry much if at all.

Too me the fork looks in line with the head tube but again, I’d love opinions. I’ll need to remove the fork for further inspection.

As for straightening, the shorter length of pipe in the middle is solidly anchored. I just need something to put in there that will also fit the head tube with a headset in place so the tube doesn’t ovalize. I think I can get the other stuff around it out of my way.
