Olympias are generally good bikes, and this looks like might be better quality than the Valentino RD and GS shifters would indicate (forged DOs and long-point lugs), but I think it's a mid-grade frameset probably made from something like Aelle or lower grade tubing (Gara, Falck, etc.), so 450 euro is too high!
