Back in the day, when it had two locations on State Street, it was a legendary place for aspiring cyclists like me.
Tom Schuler, of 7-Eleven, Motorola and Saturn teams, led the "Bone Ride" each May from his home in Wauwatosa, to Yellow Jersey and State Street sidewalk lunch, back to the Milwaukee area, roughly 160 base-building "bone head" miles. It started as a training ride for his race crew and others, but later grew to a huge event/trainwreck.
