My email went unanswered and I kept forgetting to call until today. The gentleman called back after giving him payment information and said he didn't have the front rack for the center-pull brake setup but he could send one for side pulls. I figured it was cheap enough and that I will have a side pull equipped bike eventually with a crowned fork so I went ahead and kept the order. He got it out very timely apparently as I got a tracking number that indicates it will be here Monday.

Maybe this weekend I can look over the site again for more things I don't really need or want. To touch back on the point ThermionicScott made, ordering something by phone for the first time in a long time had a C&V vibe to it.
