'85-ish Raleigh canti-tourer ticks lots of check-boxes - fork rack mounts, nice-ish old Brooks, bar-ends. Needs a pair of honest-to-goodness bar-end cable stop adapters for the downtube bosses; the hack is just this side of cringeworthy.
