Hi to another Ohio native! I grew up in Sandusky. Moved away when I was 15. There are things I miss about Sandusky but Lawrence is nice also.
My wife and I are planning on a trip to Cincinnati and then up to Sandusky/Bellevue as my sister lives in Cinci and many other relatives still live in Bellevue.
I've been through Fremont quite a few times. What moved you to California and do you like it?
The thing I like least about Kansas is the winters. It gets mighty cold here but really not much snow. There aren't any winter sports here. Can't cross country sky, snowmobile or anything. It just gets cold.
Someday I hope to move somewhere further south so I can run and bike all year long. The older I get the more I hate winter.
