For the full intended Dura Ace AX effect, you'd want something like this.
This is one of those Aero frames Tsunoda built, kitted out with Dura Ace and 600 AX. I've seen frames like this, or whole bikes, come up on Ebay occasionally. There was one where someone had added a braze-on front derailleur mount, since the teardrop-shaped seat tube wouldn't take a normal clamp-on derailleur.
