Thanks guys. So it's just a limit screw that makes it a triple or a double?
My shifters are Shimano ST-5510s. I'll probably end up having my LBS do the change for me since I don't think I have the skills to install a crankset yet. I've just learned how to set the lower/upper limit screws and adjust my derailleurs.
So my current plan is FSA Gossamer Compact with Ultegra tripe FD and Ultegra tripe RD using Shimano 105 shifters. Sound like a plan or should I revise?

Is that just marketing or do I actually need it? Surprisingly the store emailed me back and told me most people do fine with just their original FD. Honest! Looking for a second opinion here. I'm kind of pickly when it comes to the smooth operation of my drivetrain.
