Nothing more than what you have here. I don't recall T-Mar ever cracking the case on these, and I was out of the loop for five or six years in between.

I'll put a note to look into it (perhaps even put together a database) on the new Headbadge site. (Speaking of which, I need some folks good with image editing to help with cropping and rotating catalog scans...anyone game?)
