I was just trying to get some information like year etc. before I tried listing it so I could be informative to a buyer.
I will encourage you to clean it up a bit, some elbow grease can work wonders and get it out of the crusty old bike category for the sake of selling.

Wash and carefully scrub any grime that will come off without doing harm, sometimes it can take a lot, sometimes not.

Dawn/degreaser style dishsoap can work wonders and a cleaner wax can follow up for often very good results.
