Absent a picture showing what's bent, I'll speculate that it's probably the pivot for the arm. They might sell you a couple of them. It could be the side of the beam though.
I would probably just bend them back.

On edit: looked at ours and it looks like the construction is such that it's just a bolt that is bent. I think I would call Kuat CS about this.
