I brought my bike into Bikes N More with the intention of having them fix an out of alignment rear wheel. Quick, simple fix, not a big deal. Mike told me that my bicycle, which I bought at a local store, was of shoddy craftsmanship and I should return it, not for an exchange, but to get my money back and buy food. As he put it, "I would not buy my bike from the same place that I buy my food." In essence, refusing to provide service for a paying customer. In addition to this, I brought my two boys with me who love to ride bikes and wanted to look at the bikes on display, Mike became angry and yelled at them for touching them. To say that I was insulted and outraged would be understatement. I have never experienced such poor customer services. I will NEVER return to his shop and I will encourage everyone I know to not do business with them.
