Another Vittoria Corsa G+ fan here. I loved the clinchers then started using the tubulars when I made the switch. (I rode tubulars on al my bikes for 25 years. Loved 'em. Got married, money was tighter and my wife would never have understood the tubular way of life so I went clincher. 25 years later, I'm back!)

Those Vittoria Corsa G+ I've been buying come completely unmarked except "Vittoria". Totally stealth. (I see SLX426 has the properly branded tires.) Look liike just another $20 training tire. Until you ride them. Magic carpets. My favorite tread ever. Those ribs. Most of my cheap training tires had them. Took that tread completely for granted until in the '80s, it disappeared. Those ribs are simply the best if you drop your tire into a crack, rut or off the pavement edge and need to climb out or back onto the road. Got reminded when Vittoria brought it back (with slightly wider ribs and that awesome G+ rubber). Saved me a crash when I left the road to donate my lane to a passing Camaro doing probably 80 in the other direction. Had to climb back on or visit a ditch. They did the climb back up NBD. Yeah!

The Corsa G+ tubbies in 28c are the Rolls Royce ride. 25c - simply classy. Wish to heck I could find some 23cs to run on my Pro Miyata ('73) where a 25c rear won't even turn. (Anyone got sources?)
