My preference is cheap, so I use marine grease and I haven't found it to be lacking.

I would like to try out 'Green Oil' brand Ecogrease at some point, it doesn't use PTFE or petroleum-based ingredients. Costly product, but as an environmentalist I feels it's prudent to change where I can.
