The logos I'm familiar with are generally on the OUTSIDE of the bottle. (and nowhere NEAR the cap) So whether you use urine & dog crap, WD-40, acetone or laquer thinner, keep it away from the INSIDE of the bottle. After removing the logos, wash the exterior with soap & water and you're good to go.
Unless, of course, you suffer from OCD like me. I use a brand new, thoroughly washed bottle every time I ride!
