Exercise is more important than eliminating caffein. My cardiologist (Cleveland Clinic-trained) told me 17 years ago Coca Cola and coffee aren't a problem. He'd just installed two stents in one cardio artery for me after I stopped in on the way to my office early one morning suffering from rather severe chest pains.
I dropped Coke maybe a decade or more ago, HFCS tastes awful. Give up coffee? Not hardly!
