I own a Tern Short Haul and want a rack for front panniers.

The Tern Spartan rack looks ideal- made for 20" wheels but the Tern site does not list the Short Haul as compatible. I saw a picture online with the Spartan rack on a Quick Haul (electric version of Short Haul)- poster said it took some "persuasion" to get the 74mm rack to fit, commenting it would be easier with the 100mm rack but no followup.

Does anyone have experience with the Spartan rack? How adaptable is it? It looks like it should fit my Tern...
