While rims are relatively inexpensive, the spokes can add up if you have to change them because the rim is different. Might be better to just get a entirely new wheel. Which is probably what the bike shop will tell you if the bend is actually a bend and not just a warp that can be adjusted out.

Good advice. I went to a cycle shop with the wheel however they happened to be closed that day.
I'm visiting a client shortly and will stop by to see what they say.
I didn't think it would be this tough to find a inexpensive, direct replacement. As they say, it is what it is.
