Are you scoping out potential retirement areas?? Some folks like the Eastern Shore of Maryland and I believe Delaware was voted one of the best states to retire to. Kinda flat but you can't have it all.
Mrs. GJ and I have a firm "Nowhere South of the Mason Dixon Line" policy. Though I actually like Northern Maryland. It's the terrain I grew up around.
