+1 more for letting the dealer handle this under warranty.
First of all, that's part of what you paid for, so why not?
More important, this kind of issue can be difficult enough to diagnose in person, and trying over the net is a push. Combine with your being new and the odds of getting the same quality results go way down.
Lastly, the one thing you don't want to do, is somehow make it worse in a way that voids the warranty.
So, you have nothing to lose by seeing the dealer, and little to gain by not.
One last thought. While there, ask the mechanic or service person to show you some basic adjustments so you can be more self-reliant going forward.
