This frame was laying around being unused. I decided to re-purpose it for gravel using budget frame parts mostly from AliExpress:

Total weight is about 18.5 lbs. or 8.3kg with pedals, bottle cages, pump holder, computer + phone mount and 100ml sealant total both tires. I could probably cut more weight with a smaller cassette, lightweight wheelset and narrower tires, but in it's current form it's well suited for the hilly terrain in my area.
