My 2nd Midwest Fat Tire XC race.

The track consisted of 4 laps mostly in the woods through creak X-ings, muddy turns and climbs, beds of softball sized rocks (crudely known as “baby heads”), and up hill of the same, a bombing down hill (also muddy), a few dirt jumps (quite muddy as well), a burm/berm (sp?), and the Start/Finish line (also muddy).

Did I mention there was some mud on the corse?

Not too sure what was going through his mind at the time...

Free riding the course the day before the race...

My bike after that ride... notice the mud.

Ahh... Well, I think he needs a beer.

Part of the track...
