It requires too much effort to pull my phone out of my pocket but the dude at the top of Cypress insisted on taking pictures so here’s a shot of me and the 5th and last time that I do this ride with a 42/24 low gear. Very small Heroic group this year allowed me to hang with 5 others off the front for most of the way. Saw them last finishing their burritos.

I had a loose headset too but it was at Cayucos So I got that fixed PDQ. Did you take a right too early on El Pomar dr heading back to Templeton? I looked at your strava and it looks like you had the same bonus detour into some private properties like I did. Your time was pretty impressive on the Heroic route.
