Take a look at the first 12-14 miles of the attached map. We rode it last year..it was good. Mostly rural roads with near zero traffic. It takes in a gravel road for 5-6(?) miles a that connect to a rail trail type path that takes you into Pleasant Hill. The other half of the route to PH is paved.
