If you mean same as in are they handlebars, then yes. You didn't give much information other than the brand name and some letters. Nitto makes more than one model of handlebar. It might be that the difference you are seeing is some code for Nitto that lets them track a manufacturing change or some other change that can happen with model lines over time. Might even just reflect a price change, factory change or some other minor thing.
