- Open Ride With GPS app on your phone, "pin" the route you want to load.
- Open Ride With GPS widget on Garmin, press Pinned Routes.
- Select the route you want, press Download.
So easy.
I know people who have issues with this process.
(This also ignores the part of actually using the downloaded course.)
