Kontact, thanks man. I really appreciate all the info that I get from eveyone on this site. But sometimes I just get confused with all the info I'm presented with.

So, I have a Fuji Roubaix, circa 2008. Threaded BB, pretty sure it's BSA, 68mm. I'll be using a Sora R3000 groupo (double.) I'd like to get a less expensive, but reliable BB, probably a Shimano. If anyone has an exact recommendation, let me know. Sorry if I didn't give sufficient info for a recommendation. I'm kind of new to the whole "build" thing.
