Bungee cord FAIL. I carry a few bungee cords on the bike in case anything needs extra security. Wasn't paying enough attention and they got loose from my Wald baskets. One got extremely stuck on my rear axle as I was climbing the overpass and I almost called hubby to come help me... but that would be admitting defeat. Used my multi tool first to no avail then figured out maybe I needed to roll the bike backwards. It bent the hooks up pretty badly and hopefully I didn't get my wheel out of true as a result. But victory was mine and I continued home after a few minutes of amused frustration. 😄
