I think for the next 3-6 months, I will be pretty much only riding an hour at a time, and on the trainer. My plan it to alternate between easy and hard days, with one day off per week when I'll do my strength and core routine. There may be the odd weekend day when my mom or MIL is visiting and I can be afforded a few hours outside, but that's going to be few and far between. I've got bigger fish to fry atm with the newborn at home!
