As a result the bike i ordered has a 20.75" top tube and I'm gutted. Is there anything i can do to the seat or handlebars to offset the slightly longer top tube size? Trying to make sure he's comfortable on this bike and he's enjoying his riding. He's a freestyle bmx novice who's got experience with racing bmx's and stunt scooters.

Thanks.
You can swap out the handlebar for a smaller one and/or simply loosen the handlebar stem bolts and tilt the bar back a few degrees.
