A Nishiki USA serial number Bushwhacker. Designed by Norco. The headbadge is for Nishiki USA frames from Kawamura for 1983 model year.
From my catalogue of Nishiki serial numbers the sequence number for KB14260 is in the middle of other 1983 model year bicycles.
The serial number is close to the Cycle Pro Ram in the quoted post. There was a discussion about the model year of the Cycle Pro.
